"An intense night of worship"

	This is an amazing experience with teens from all over! We come together for praise and worship, listen to a dynamic speaker talk about issues in our lives to help us grow closer to God, and we end in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Plus you will get to see old friends and meet new ones.
	If you have not experienced XLT you are missing out on an opportunity to really feel Christ's presence as well as BE IN HIS PRESENCE IN THE EUCHARIST and in each other!

	XLT (exalt) is a night where teens from different parishes come together for an intense night of prayer and worship. The night is divided into three parts:

	Praise & Worship Music
	Preaching
	Adoration

	XLT began in Atlanta , Georgia under the leadership of veteran youth minister Paul George. Paul knew that teens needed to grow in understanding and appreciation for the Eucharist. Soon there were hundreds of teens from around the city coming together for XLT. Now there are several cities doing XLT.
